From personal experience and real frustration with confusing immigration information, Visa Assist UK was created to make complex visa guidance feel clearer, calmer and easier to follow.
Our team brings together firsthand immigration experience, legal expertise and technical knowledge. We understand the complexity of the system because we have worked within it, studied it and lived it. That combination drives everything we build and every piece of guidance we provide.

The people behind the platform
Tatiana moved to the UK in 2015 and navigated the entire immigration system independently — from residency and work permits to successfully applying for British citizenship for her child. That personal journey, combined with supporting close friends and family through their own visa applications, led to the creation of Visa Assist UK. Tatiana holds a qualification in Computer Skills from UWTSD University in London and continues to develop her technical expertise.
Inna has lived in the UK since 2017 and has personally managed all of her own immigration applications, including successfully obtaining British citizenship for her children. She holds degrees in Finance and Business Management with Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire, and is currently completing a degree in Children and Young People Nursing. Inna is also developing her expertise in immigration advisory.
Lilia is a qualified lawyer specialising in immigration law, appeals, citizenship, wills and estate planning in England and Wales. She is a qualified representative of GSM Legals Ltd (Company No. 12753825), a UK-based immigration and legal consultancy regulated by the Immigration Advisory Authority (IAA), Registration No. F202432105. GSM Legals provides professional support across student, family and work visas, settlement, British citizenship, sponsor licence applications and immigration compliance. With extensive experience supporting both individual and corporate clients, Lilia provides the legal framework and oversight for the regulated services offered through Visa Assist UK.
